It wouldn’t be so hard to fill job openings if our recruiting processes were any less broken than they are. HR people are stuck in the middle. Years ago, somebody highly placed in their organizations fell in love with the fake-ass technological solution to the ‘recruiting problem,’ which wasn’t a problem at all but rather an instance of horrible marketing.
